The sun lights up some wonderful fall color on a local trail in Colorado.
An attempted hike in the mountains with my son Matthew turns into a drive in the mountains when the road to the trail ends up being closed for the season. We head home via Loveland Pass, just in time to see it bathed in some late day sunshine, even as ominous clouds roll in.
