Colorado National Monument, June 2020

A 2nd trip in our Sylvan Go camper had us in the Saddlehorn Campground in the Colorado National Monument. The entire drive along Rimrock Drive through the park offered amazing views, and the altitude gave us a break from the heat.

A late day drive along the ever scenic Rimrock drive through the park yields some warm light on the rock formations and surrounding landscape.
Ute Canyon Sunrise
An area scouted the day before proved to be a nice choice for sunrise light. The sun was behind a bank of clouds at first, but after about 30 minutes broke through and started lighting up the canyon walls.
