Cruise Destination

One of the many cruise ships we saw during our stay. The island is an obvious destination, and there were as many as 4 or 5 cruise ships visible at many times during our stay. You can also see the long winding walkway and the cable car, 2 of the ways to get back down to the dock area. We took a taxi instead :)

Beyond The Blue Dome

Churches were literally everywhere, and the distinctive blue domes made for attractive subjects. A polarizer really brought out the vibrant colors of this one on our first day on Santorini.

We made the trip to Oia from Fira and joined the huge throng awaiting the sunset. It was hard to get a clear spot to frame the shot with so many in one place, but it was worth the effort!
