he 'residents' of the area were giving all of the 4WD vehicles some close scrutiny, but they eventually headed over the top of the hill. They all appeared very impressive with their full winter coats looking ready for the colder weather.
I shot a quick handheld sequence that captured the vista from the trail. Those red colored hills seemed very unique. You can also see some of the weather that seemed to at times almost surround us but never really affected our location.
The perfect fall weather of Colorado helps accentuate the wonderful color of these aspens against the sky.
